In the event that no power is indicated on the IMEON AC output, ask your installer to verify the following:
- Is the output activated? If this is not the case, press the “OK” button located next to the LCD for 3 seconds (you’ll hear a beep when AC output is online). Once the output is activated, a house and an arrow will appear on the LCD screen.
- Was the IMEON wired according to the instructions in the installation guide? If this is not the case, ask your installer to rewire the AC output’s connector or the connected loads.
If the problem persists after performing these checks, ask your installer to contact IMEON ENERGY Technical Support.
