If the values displayed in the Imeon Monitoring appear to be stuck or frozen, check the following:
- Is the power of the WiFi signal received by the IMEON greater than 50% of the optimum value? If this is not the case, make an attempt to improve the signal quality (bring the router closer to the IMEON, move the obstacles between the router and the IMEON, change the antenna of the router if possible…).
- There may be a temporary interruption of internet access related to your ISP. In this case, wait until your ISP re-establishes the connection.
- Try refreshing the monitoring web page using the F5 key on your keyboard.
If the problem is not solved after performing the suggested operations, ask your installer to contact IMEON ENERGY Technical Support.
